An extensive scope or works comprising the entire range of contemporary landscape materials and construction techniques, including mature avenue planting, major tree transplanting, brick and concrete pavements, sandstone walling, precast concrete elements, street furniture, metal fabrication, lighting, asphalt and irrigation. Some of the projects undertaken within the Olympic precinct included the North and South Boulevard’s, Station forecourt, Aquatic Centre forecourt, Olympic Stadium surrounds and Millennium Markers. Our works also incorporated the ‘Big Figs’ project which involved the sourcing, transplanting and open sea shipping of 93 mature figs trees down the east coast of Australia. Sydney Olympic Park showcased the company’s maturity and expertise in large scale landscape contracting and has been recognized with four major construction awards including the 1999 Australian Landscape Construction of the Year Award.
